Anger Management

Individual therapy is a process in which adults and youth can explore areas of emotional and social difficulties. These difficulties may occur in school, the work environment, in relationships, or in day to day living. Therapy supports in helping individuals develop coping strategies and to manage unwanted anger responses.


We offer one to one counselling for all anger related issues. This includes but not limited to:

  • Depressive Disorders
  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Substance Abuse Disorders
  • Eating Disorders
  • Marital and Family relationships
  • Sexual Abuse and other trauma
  • Victims of violent crime or other past traumas

Our program is offered on an individual and group format. It is our goal to support you in being able to live out your life in a way where anger no longer controls you, but instead, you have control and new healthy options to respond to unwanted emotions.
